I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an accountant before taking a sabbatical and discovering a new passion for insurance. After spending six years as a State Farm team member, I opened my own agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jinisha Patel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
